This quaint quarried from the river stone cottage sits right on Little River. Enjoy beautiful views of the river while relaxing in the hot tub on the screened in deck or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit on the stone patio. Also you can enjoy views of the river from the master bedroom and the living room. There is a boat dock and deep water so bring your canoe or kayak and your fishing supplies! We have 2 sit on top kayaks and paddles available. Please bring your own life jackets. The completely fenced yard is perfect for dogs. 

You will love our modern fully stocked kitchen with stainless-steel full-size refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher and microwave. You can grill steaks on the charcoal grill on the back deck. Our cozy living room with a large stone gas log fireplace will make you want to stay forever. Have a family game night with games, puzzles and cards that are stored in the chest in the living room. A few DVDs are available. Both spacious bedrooms contain queen beds. 

Located 8-10 minutes from downtown Mentone, 15 minutes to Desoto State Park, 25 minutes to Cloudland State Park.
